We came to Cardiff two years ago and were fortunate enough to rent one of the apartments in Great House Rise, since then we've fallen in love with the quality of this eco development, its green environment and the like minded community, so much so we're looking into investing in the new phase at Great House Farm. That's why we would like to support this scheme and hope to encourage more developments like this.

Having moved in - in January 2015, I'm really happy to live in such a unique development. As well as being innovative, the eco measures built into the properties bring insulation and state of the art heating systems which help keep energy bills low. Other touches such as soundproofing and high quality materials are also great touches. I'm sure the residents of the next phase will be as happy as I am with this unique development.
