Next Phase of LivEco Village Goes to Planning
After many months of collaboration and designing LivEco are delighted to announce that the latest phase of the Great House farm Eco Village at St Fagans has been submitted to the planning authority for approval. The new scheme boasts a mix of 2,3 and 4 bed houses, arranged around the pond and nestled in the woodland enclave, plus another 10 one and two bed flats adjacent to the Listed farmhouse.
it is hoped that the project will continue to attract interest from purchasers keen to pursue a more sustainable lifestyle - all dwellings will be designed to exceed government minimum standards for energy efficiency, and will comply with Lifetime Homes, as well as meet Secured by Design criteria, making for a safe community.
